BALADE EN FRANCE – FRANCE Culinary Fest 2023

Vietnam's largest French food festival "Balade en France" will return to Hanoi capital right at Ly Thai To Square and the pedestrian street around Hoan Kiem Lake.

Discover French agricultural and food specialties on display at more than 40 stalls such as milk, chocolate, bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, wine and spirits. Restaurants, importers and many brands representing French living art will be present at the event: Paysan Breton, Métropole, Red Apron, Marou, Saint Honoré, La Table Hanoia, fruit industry associations and French ham….

Guests will also enjoy a rich French cultural program, French film screenings, art classes and hip-hop dance... all offering guests the experience of a real stroll. in France.

L'événement gastronomique français au Vietnam, « Balade en France », revient a Hanoi du 14 au 16 avril 2023 sur l'esplanade Ly Thai To, dans la zone piétonne autour du lac Hoan Kiem.

Cet événement grand public vous invite à déambuler dans un marché français où plus d'une quarantaine d'étals vous feront découvrir le patrimoine agricole et alimentaire français. Seront présents restaurateurs, importateurs et autres ambassadeurs de l'art de vivre français tel que Paysan breton, Métropole, Red Apron, Marou, Saint Honoré, La Table Hanoia, les interprofessions françaises des secteurs fruits et charcuterie, ...mais aus mettant en scène tourisme, haotellerie, ou encore études en France.

Une large programmation culturelle accompagnera l'évènement : concerts, danse, ateliers de peinture, en vue d'apporter aux visiteurs l'expérience d'une vraie balade en France.
