HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM COVID 19, EVEN YOU ARE UNVACCINATED/ UNVAXXED?

The optimal solution is to improve your own health so that the body’s immune system can function at its best. Because the human body is a perfect “design”, the most wonderful, most scientific, and most delicate machine.
I and my friends used this method to guide nearly thousands of friends and acquaintances to apply effectively from Jul 2021 to now (peak pandemic in Ho Chi Minh – Viet Nam). This helps preventing disease, is not being infected with China corona virus /or covid-19 virus.
Specially, this is also applicable as an effective early treatment to both people infected with covid 19 (positive results after test) and their families. So, don’t worry about Covid19 the pandemic. Calm down and follow 6 tips below. You can only use tip 1st combine with one of another:
1/ Provide enough energy:
Eat and drink nutritious foods to get from 2,000 – 4,000 kCal/day.
If you cannot eat / drink enough energy for your body, you can use cane sugar (see picture) with warm water to drink. Each 1 kg of cane sugar = 4,000 kCal.
Then You can decide how much is suitable for your body’s needs. Believe me, cane sugar (natural sugar, not refined sugar) is very good for your health, specially your lungs and your immune system.
