Come build your venture with F10, the leading global incubator dedicated to exceptional founders creating the future of banking & insurance. This is a rigorous and hands on program to help you grow faster and get to the next level. By participating in the program you will gain recognition by a leading fintech Incubator and access to the most active investors in the local and global community.

🧿Requirement:

• Industry: Fintech & Insurtech (including WeathTech, DeepTech, RegTech, Sustainable Finance, Impact Finance, Web 3, Metaverse, DEFI, payments, investing, Cryptofinance, etc)

• Maturity: Early-stage startups (prototype-MVP stage), pre-seed, pre-revenue. Team size 2+ employees,

• Location: Singapore, South Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and we also welcome applications from Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia. (Note that if you have incorporated in Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand then you would need to reincorporate in a country like Singapore, India, South Korea, Australia in order to be able to get accepted)

• Participation: 2 cofounders working 100% on the startup and participating in the program on-site

📅Timeline:

We typically receive 150 applications per batch and we only invite the top 25 to the interviews. Only 10-15 teams make it into the program.

• Application Process: 1-27 November (You fill in the application form! After you have submitted you application you will receive a confirmation)

• Selection Process: 28th November to 23th December (You will receive an update on whether you made it to the next round or not.)

• Interview Process: 30-31th January we will run a 2 day event to meet the top 25 startups, from which only 10-15 will make it in the program

• Program starts: 13th of March in Singapore

❓Q&A

💡What are the conditions of the program?

We have a standard deal for all companies joining one of our flagship incubation programs in 2023 (Zurich Batch X, and Singapore Batch V). We invest up to CHF 50’000*/SGD 70’000* in the startups selected for the program, in exchange for a small equity stake of 2,5% and a program participation fee of CHF 10’000 / SGD 15’000. In addition, we may invest up to CHF 500’000 in a following round, with a warrant to invest up to CHF 1m over three years.

Disclaimer: This investment is currently conditional on the date of first closing of our seed fund and go-live early 2023. But don’t worry, you’ll have clarity on the conditions before committing to the program and signing the contract.

💡Do we need to be incorporated before applying?

No, you don’t have to be incorporated. But you have to incorporate it by the first masterclass.

💡Do I need to be present during the 5 months?

No, we only require that 2 cofounders are present during the 4 Masterclass weeks, but you are more than welcome to stay the whole 4 months if you wish.

💡Is the program only theoretical?

No, the program includes more workshops than theory! And you will be asked to apply what you learned to your startup the same day. Also, the program includes lots of events that can help you broaden your network and practice your pitching skills.

💡Can a solo founder apply?

Yes, you can apply. However, you would need to find a cofounder before the program starts as we do accept teams with minimum 2 cofounders and not solo founders
